My ducks occasionally have been laying their eggs in the low water dish. I have to have a low water dish because I have two very small ducks. But the bigger ducks are sitting in the smaller water dish and then laying their eggs inside it. My question is, if those eggs have been sitting in water for who knows how long, are they safe to eat? My thought is they probably are not.
