I never though Spirulina could actually enhance the flavor and texture of a smoothie until I tried Katie and Paco’s fresh spirulina. While we lived in San Miguel we never missed the chance to eat the goodness of Spirulina Viva. Now we live in Canada and only have access to spirulina powder. Boo.
