Because of a federal gag order many govt employees cant talk about geoengineering.Look at PEER.(public employee for environmental responsibility) weather service employees tethered by gag order.since 2012.

Furthermore, I have spent part of my life working as a scientist and have seen how ‘flexible’ data collection, interpretation and publication can be–it’s not what I expected as still unexperienced/naive young PhD.
