It did not say anything about harvesting insect from the wild, we are talking about upcycling agriculutral by-product and human waste into insect protein. Not all species can be cultivated and only select few do well. Cow can actually digest animal protein as long as it can bypass the rumen. They have the digestion system similar to ominivores, except that they have a rumen in front of them before they get to the true stomach similar to ours.

I don't need a degree to know what a cow eats, but I do know from working in the dairy industry and listening to animal nutritionists, that this is not as simple as you might think. Yes, cows can do fine eating grass, but grass alone is not an optimal diet if you're going for growth/health/milk productivity. By the way, I'm not sure why you were triggered over my comment, I'm just providing information, if you're not interested, that's OK.
