Mostly your thinking of getting a high standard of living. Hah. Research how previous generations ran farms. Mom stayed at house raising children, chickens, and a vegetable garden until kids went off to school. Then she got more involved in farm or took a part time job while kids at school.
Thinking Mom is going to be involved in actual farm labor? That’s why farm’s hire farm hands. Farm families raised lots of children to do chores and eliminate cost of farm hands. Watch the Amish. Somethings work the way they do for a reason.
Younger farmers need to realize somethings cannot be changed.
And maybe your just not cut out to farm but should be in the City working a city job with daycare so somebody else can raise your children and give them their values?
