I would love to contribute my research on value based marketing as it relates to agrihoods in masterplanned communities!

What are the ways someone living on 1 acre of land can employ the practices of regenerative agriculture and permaculture in general?

Positives might be drones that can precision spray so as to limit herbicide drift, cons might be even fewer workers needed resulting in a further loss of rural jobs. A lot to dig into on this topic.
There is money allocated through the IRA to expand silvopasture in the US. Silvopasture has the potential to increase livestock productivity as well as increase biodiversity, reduce nutrient run off, soil erosion etc. certainly the flip side is it can be a challenge to implement in a working farm, but the benefits outweigh the costs in most cases.

@ Bob: Here is a 2019 study done by Cornell on that subject.

Sustainable green walls for a dual use: aesthetics and farming
Innovative structures and sustainable materials along with useful agricultural products, with a pleasant view 🙂
