Correction, Selenium is NOT a heavy metal, it’s an essential trace mineral and is needed in small doses. You’ve stated that it’s a heavy metal, not so. Don’t mislead the people. Obviously what’s happened here is that the person ate too many brazil nuts which caused selenium poisoning and toxicity. People need to educate themselves instead of thinking they can eat so much of something.
